K&M provides service packages that tackle many of your tough house cleaning challenges at once.

Give your tile and grout new life by scheduling a full tile cleaning today. Why should your kitchen or bathroom get neglected while the rest of your home looks fabulous? Many consumers purchase tile cleaners that can strip the sealant right off the floor, taking away the lustrous shine of waxes and finishes. Get that shine back by allowing K&M technicians to make your floors look like new again.

Tile is not the only thing important on your tile floors. Make sure that you have a professional grout cleaning done at the same time. The professional team at K&M will scrub the grout in between the tiles of your floor to bring out the same clean look that it had when it was first put down. Over time, this grout will begin to look dingy, and the color will yellow from wear and tear.

Get the whole house cleaned and pampered and save money. Combine services and get package discounts!

K&M’s experienced technicians have the equipment and cleaning solutions necessary to restore your tile floors and make them look better than ever!

Recent Jobs

We were asked to restore some Ceramic tile. The client had used a No No product called Mop n Glo for years and applied it to a non-porous material. This caused a build up of a wax that was not designed for this type of flooring. We used a heavy duty stripping agent to remove it, and then color stained the grout lines to be a uniform color.

The client wanted to rip out her floor, but when we were done, she was in love with the new look. She not only bought our team lunch since this normal 2 hour job took 8 hours… she ran next door to her friend and made her come take a look at the results.

I love my job, and our team said they would not leave until it was perfect. Mission accomplished.

A homeowner had mopped a seal on his ceramic tile floor, but it was not the right sealant for the job. We stripped it for him, and the results are spectacular.

Here are some pictures of a Terrazo floor. This house was built in 1964 with this flooring in the entire home. Our customer had been putting a wax on the floor to get a shine to it. We were able to remove this wax and polish the floor to give it a more natural look.

This is a very unique hand-chiseled, honed Travertine floor. For this customer we cleaned and stripped the entire floor, added a rich color enhancer, and hand-buffed and sealed it for a magnificent finish.

This Travertine floor was stripped, sealed and polished to such a shine that you can see the reflection of the outside door on the floor.

Saltillo Tile Restoration / Cleaning

This Saltillo floor was stripped down bare. Once we stripped the old sealant off, we color stained the grout lines and applied a color enhancer to really bring out the color of the stone. This 15 year seal will be virtually indestructible and shines brilliantly.

This is a Travertine floor that had been neglected. We were able to do a basic cleaning and a polish. Now this floor looks like it was meant to. Our client had no idea what they had until we showed them. She cannot wait for her next dinner party.

Stone Floor Sealants

To keep your tile looking its best, K&M has a full selection of sealants to protect the finish and appearance of your floor. Ask Ken, or the service technician who comes to your home, about sealing your tile floor to keep it looking clean for the future. By having K&M seal your tile flooring, you will prevent spills in the future from getting absorbed into the tile and discoloring your floor.

People often assume that natural stone is “stain-proof,” however all stone is porous to some degree. If not properly treated with a protective sealer, water, oils or other liquids can easily penetrate the stone, leaving behind unwanted stains. The good news is that once treated with a protective sealer, natural stone is ready for carefree, everyday use.

Ceramic and porcelain tile does not need a buffing or sealant. Instead, we concentrate on sealing and cleaning the grout lines to make them stand out and look like new.
