Same Commitment to Excellence
A letter from Ken Moncebaiz, owner and president of K&M Steam Cleaning, Inc.
When I started K&M Steam Cleaning in 1996, my intention was to provide a service of excellence that would be second to none. I started out of my garage with one van. We now have 11 vans and 22 men working from Georgetown to Buda every day.
This was not an easy accomplishment with all the other cleaners in town. There’s a reason we’re #1, and it all starts with training. Our staff has one goal in mind when cleaning a home: treat our customers like they are our own mothers. My teams are told this every morning before leaving the office.
We’ve continued to grow in a very tough economy, and the key to our success is repeat business and referrals.
Our customers not only call back again and again, they tell their neighbors, co-workers, and family members to call us. Check our reviews throughout the city and the testimonials on our website to find out for yourself.
The prices you see online and with Community Impact Newspaper are the same prices we’ve quoted since the year 2000. I haven’t changed my prices in one decade, and I will keep them the same again in 2011. That’s a commitment I’ve made to my current and potential clients.
I am here with you to stay. I want you to have a company that cares about results in your homes and, just as important, at a fair price. If you’ve never used K&M Steam Cleaning, give us a call or send us an email. You have my word that you’ll be glad you did.
